• Step 4 - Complete the Forms
• Step 5 - Send your completed forms to 'Adventure Under Sail, 1st Floor Ferry Terminal Building, Custom House Quay, Weymouth, DT4 8DX' with a cheque made payable to 'Pelican Partnership' for 25% of the voyage fee or payment in full for Day Sails.

Alternatively, we accept all major credit / debit cards.  If you wish to pay by this method please telephone 01305 839476 during office hours.

THE BORING (BUT IMPORTANT) BITS

• The voyage fee covers your berth and food whilst onboard, but not travel to and from Terminal Ports.
• Within one month of the start of your voyage we will send details of the time and place for embarkation / disembarkation together with a recommended kit list.
• You will need a full passport for all voyages, valid for at least three months beyond the final day of the voyage.
• It is your responsibility to obtain any Visa required.

INSURANCE

Before sailing you must purchase a comprehensive insurance policy which covers:

• Travel to include training under sail, working aloft under full supervision and activities ashore
• All Medical and Dental expenses
• Personal accident and injury
• Personal effects
• Cancellation

You must send a copy of your insurance details to the office before sailing, and remember to take the documents with you on the voyage.

MEDICAL THINGS

• If you are over 70, we require confirmation from your GP of your fitness to sail (in addition to your declaration of any pre-existing conditions on the Medical Form)
• Please consult your GP for any Foreign Health Requirements (innoculations) etc.

CANCELLATION FEES

• At any time following booking confirmation up to two months prior to departure - refund of deposit less £50 administration fee.
• Two calendar months before departure - Deposit not refundable.
• One calendar month before departure - Liable to 50% of the voyage cost.
• Less than one calendar month before departure - Liable to 100% of the voyage cost.
