Meet the Permanent Crew

Much of our success is due to the experience of the ship's crew who run the programme and training on board our vessel.

Crew selection is made on the basis of many criteria. All are qualified professionals with significant teaching experience. Every member of our team is multi-talented, combining the practical skills essential to the operation of a mobile, live-aboard, self-development programme with the more traditional skills of seamanship and navigation, both modern and classic.

All are proven educators and most have a minimum of two years' working within sail training and with young people. What unites our crew is their love of teaching, their personal drive, motivation and integrity as well as the enthusiasm to give 110%.
