Youth Leadership Scheme And Further Learning

The youth leadership scheme encourages young people to further their experiences on board Pelican, representing the ship as part of its volunteer crew and as ambassadors for their community - encouraging other young people on board and assisting them in fundraising activity.  Young people are encouraged to attend workshops and conduct talks on their experience.

Each year we award CMI Scholarships which provide incentives and continued learning opportunities for young people, as part of our commitment to changing lives forever.
